Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation eu news express looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
